IRISH FA U14 ABOUT THE WEST HAM UNITED FOOTBALL CUP

IRISH FA U14 ABOUT THE WEST HAM UNITED FOOTBALL CUP

The Irish Football Association U14 was one of the teams competing for the West Ham United Football Cup U14 during Easter. This elite youth football tournament took place at the official academy of West Ham United over the course of 2 days. The cup was taken home by Kashiwa Reysol U14, who travelled all the way from Japan to London to participate. Other competitors included teams like Tottenham Hotspur, Willem II (Netherlands), Vancouver Whitecaps (Canada), New York Soccer Club (USA), Sandefjord Fotball (Norway) and more,

Here's what the Irish Football Association (Northern Ireland) thought about the cup:

"A very well organised weekend from the running of the games, accommodation, transport and the catering service from the school and the hotel. The West Ham Cup provided our players and staff to be exposed to different style of play, teams coming from Asia, America, northern Europe and from the UK, an invaluable experience for all of us. The players and the Technical staff really enjoyed it and had a wonderful time." - Pascal Vaudequin (Elite Performance Coach Irish FA)

As a football association that regularly participates in our events, we highly appreciate the feedback of the Irish FA. Thank you for your kind words and hopefully we'll see you in London again next year!
